Job Requirement

This position includes two parts, Watches/Jewelry Retail Sales Specialist, And Excellent IT background.

1- Understand and have a passion for the watches & jewelry brands.

2- Drive sales by creating a strong selling culture and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained.

3- Manage profitability, business planning and sales forecasting.

4- Bring strong leadership skills to motivate selling specialists, create loyalty to our brands and promote sell-through.

5- Have a proven track record in increasing sales and connections within the boutique’s market.

6- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints

7- Have at least 3 years of sales or store management experience in a high-end retail environment (watches, jewelry).

8- Are energetic, self-motivated, creative and looking to sharpen your leadership skills in an incredibly fast growing company.

9- Participates in the products training of new sales Specialists, Customer Service Specialists and the management team.

10- Have Excellent IT skills, capability to learn and handle some online tasks.



- Applicants will take full training program then will have to attending a general Retail exam to testing their sales skills and product knowledge, Applicants Must succeed in the exam.
